citizenM heads to Asia Pacific with 2016 Taipei launch

Taiwan: Artyzen Hospitality Group has won a contract to operate and manage citizenM’s first hotel in Asia Pacific.

Taiwan: Artyzen Hospitality Group has won a contract to operate and manage citizenM’s first hotel in Asia Pacific.

It has been awarded the contract by a fund managed by Alpha Investment Partners, the property fund management arm of Singapore developer, Keppel Land.

The 260-room property is scheduled to open around the fourth quarter of 2016 in the Ximending neighbourhood of Taipei, the capital of Taiwan.

citizenM operates seven hotels, with a further six currently being developed, bringing the global room count to almost 3,000 keys.
