UK: Hotel property adviser Christie & Co has been appointed to sell 18 hotels from the Coast & Country Collection on an individual basis.
The portfolio represents assets located across England, Scotland and Wales. In many cases, the assets have not been made available on a single asset basis for a generation.

• Derwentwater Hotel, Keswick
• Dilkhusa Grand, Ilfracombe, Devon
• Esplanade Hotel, Paignton, Devon
• Great Western, Oban
• Highland Hotel, Strathpeffer
• Imperial Hotel, Tenby
• Marine Hotel, Llandudno
• New Southlands Hotel, Scarborough
• Portpatrick Hotel, Portpatrick
• Torbay Hotel, Torquay, Devon
• Valley of the Rocks, Lynton, Devon
• Waverley Castle Hotel, Melrose
• Majestic Hotel, Eastbourne
