Curator welcomes 11 Provenance hotels

US: Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has added 11 member hotels from the Provenance portfolio to its collection of over 120 boutique lifestyle properties.

The new additions span cities across the United Sates, and include:

• Heathman Hotel (Portland, Oregon)

• Hotel deLuxe (Portland, Oregon)

• Hotel Lucia (Portland, Oregon)

• Hotel Theodore (Seattle, Washington)

• Sentinel (Portland, Oregon)

• Dossier (Dossier, Oregon)

• Hotel Murano (Tacoma, Washington)

• Hotel Preston (Nashville, Tennessee)

• Villa Royale (Palm Springs, California)

• Hotel Max (Seattle, Washington)

• The Old No. 77 Hotel (New Orleans, Louisiana)

Member hotels gain access to operating agreements, services, and non-proprietary technology with access to Curator’s network of operators. The aim is to allow owners and operators more time and resources to invest in guests, and less time vetting and contracting vendors.

Gordon Sondland, chairman and chief development officer of Provenance, said: “As the demand for independent hotels continues to evolve, Provenance is honoured to join Curator during a crucial time for the hospitality industry. Each of our hotels has a distinct identity, distilled from the culture within our communities. Curator allows us to maintain that individuality while unlocking valuable resources that enhance efficiencies to maintain our best-in-class service.”

President of Curator, Jennifer Barnwell, added: “Curator is addressing the increasing demand for one-of-a-kind travel experiences, boosting independent hotels’ performance and ultimately lifting the industry as a whole. It has been incredible to see like-minded properties come together for a greater benefit. We are delighted to welcome these distinguished hotels, each with their own unique guest experiences, to the Curator collection. We look forward to inviting them to tap into the resources they need to thrive in this unpredictable hospitality landscape.”

Curator Hotel & Resort Collection was launched in November 2020 by seven founding members, including Pebblebrook Hotel Trust, Benchmark Global Hospitality, Davidson Hotels & Resorts, Noble House Hotels & Resorts, Provenance Hotels, Springboard Hospitality, and Viceroy Hotels & Resorts.

It is a collection of over 120 small branded and independent lifestyle hotels and resorts.

Provenance owns, develops and manages a portfolio of 14 independent hotels. The latest under development, The Bradley in Fort Wayne, Indiana, will be opening in spring 2021.
