Israel: Tel Aviv-based boutique hotel brand 7Minds has been acquired by Fattal Hotel Group.

Fattal has taken a majority stake (72.5 per cent) in 7Minds, owned by Oren Pascal and Ben Braverman, with plans to relaunch its flagship property Bachar House under the 7Minds offering.

Currently, there are three hotels in operation under 7Minds: CUCU Hotel, Nordoy, and Sam&Blondi Hotel. There’s four more now in development.

Nordoy is a 22-room hotel that was fully renovated in 2017. It includes a deli restaurant, lobby, spa treatment rooms, and rooftop terrace.

Sam&Blondi dates back to the 1930s and comprises 45 guest rooms, a cage, spa treatment rooms and a rooftop jacuzzi.

CUCU Hotel includes 33 rooms, a lobby, cafe, spa treatment room, and “urban courtyards”.

Assaf Fattal, business development manager at Fattal Hotel Group, said: “Adding these boutique hotels to the chain not only offers our loyal guests another attractive hospitality option, but also broadens our appeal to other diverse audiences by presenting a truly unique, high-end hosting experience.”

Pascal, 7Minds founder, said: “We are thrilled with this new partnership and thank the Fattal chain for their trust in us going forward. We are confident that this winning combination will grow into a premium boutique hotel brand in Israel and worldwide.”

7Minds will join Fattal’s Leonardo, NYX and Herods brands in the Israeli market.
