UK: Four Corners Hospitality Group (FCHG) is an acquisition, advisory, consultancy and asset management company for the hotel sector led by Tim Shearman and Kym Kapadia.
Shearman, CEO of FCHG, has over 30 years of hospitality experience, predominately within the private equity and investment sectors. Prior to this, he was CEO of Aprirose Real Estate Investment.
Shearman has also served as COO of London & Regional Properties and was responsible for the company’s global hotel portfolio, as well as vice president of asset management at Westmont Hospitality Group, one of the largest privately owned hotel portfolios in the world.
Kapadia has been in the hotel business for over 25 years, with experience in various senior positions across the UK, European and global markets. Some of these positions include IHG’s UK and Europe revenue director, Marriott’s UK revenue director, and Le Méridien’s Middle East, Africa & Asia revenue and distribution director.
She joined Aprirose Real Estate Investment in 2018 as CCO, and was responsible for strengthening and managing the company’s hotel business. Before this, Kapadia spent 11 years as founding partner and board member of Michels & Taylor Ltd.
Together, Kapadia and Shearman bring a wealth of experience to hotel ownership support.
