Global Branded Residence Awards shortlists revealed

Worldwide: The shortlists for the 2026 Global Branded Residence Awards (GBRA) have been revealed ahead of the virtual ceremony on 2nd October. 

More than 150 entries from across the world were submitted for the inaugural Global Branded Residence Awards. 

Entries have been judged independently by panel of experts who work across the industry, representing branded residences, hospitality, real estate, investment, design, branding, development, and advisory services. 

Judges were looking for clear evidence of impact, innovation, quality, and measurable results. Entries which best fulfilled the relevant category criteria, as scored by our judges, have now progressed to shortlists. 

Three awards have been judged by a public vote. 

On the 2nd October at 1pm BST, the winners of all award categories will be broadcast via a virtual ceremony. You can register online HERE.
