Hamlet Hotels' branding concept targets 50 signings

UK/EU: London-based Hamlet Hotels aims to add 50 independent hotels to its portfolio in the next 12 months under a flexible term branding concept.

Hamlet Hotels is looking to partner with UK and Europe-based independent hotels with between 70 and 250 keys.

The group aims to take over sales and marketing, revenue management, online distribution and day-to-day operations of these properties. This includes front and back-office operations, HR, health and safety, accounts, finance and more.

In addition, the team is also looking to build new hotels under this concept, focussing on development sites with Class C1 planning permissions located within key cities of the UK and Ireland.

Several properties and developments are currently in the process of being finalised.
