Egypt: Spread across the country, IHG’s Hotel Indigo brand will first launch in Egypt in 2024, with further openings planned in 2026 and 2028.
Opening first, in July 2024, is Hotel Indigo Mountain View North Coast. Comprising 100 guest rooms, a spa with a pool and health club, plus meetings and events space, the property will also feature high-end retail and dining.
Two years later, the 200-key Hotel Indigo Mountain View iCity New Cairo will open. Located close to the American University, the hotel is expected to attract business travellers.
In 6th of October, a satellite town part of the urban area of Cairo, Egypt, a third Hotel Indigo property will open in 2028. It will feature 200 rooms as well as a restaurant, retail and entertainment.
In the sam year, Hotel Indigo Mountain View Ain El Shokna will launch with 150 rooms. The hotel will be home to events space and F&B venues.
