Worldwide: IHG Hotels & Resorts has launched its Meet with Confidence program with expanded offerings to include resources, tools and technology to support hybrid events for virtual and in-person attendees.
The Meet with Confidence program is designed around five pillars:
• Clean and safe – enhanced cleanliness protocols, social distancing and safety measures at all times
• Simplified – contracted planning with no cancellation or attrition fees
• Hybrid – technological support and bandwidth to support meetings and events
• Delicious – food and beverage options delivered safely
• Rewarding – flexible offers with rebates and IHG Business Rewards points
Bookers and planners will be able to choose from two event packages: Smart and Expert.
This offer is available at participating IHG properties globally except Greater China. In the US, IHG has partnered with Wellness 4 Humanity and weframe to offer onsite Covid-19 testing and technology solutions to enable digital collaboration. For example, weframe One is a cloud-based interactive 86” touch screen that allows onsite and remote participants to work together.
Initially available at nearly 100 hotels in the US, Europe, Middle East and Africa, this package expands on the Smart Solution with additional services. In the US, a partnership with Williams Sonoma allows for customised F&B experiences delivered to off-site attendees. Virtual technologies such as audio-visual production and multi-venue linking can also be utilised.
