EU: Cycas Hospitality has partnered with InterGlobe to manage 11 boutique hotels across eight countries in Europe.
The partnership will see Cycas’ portfolio expand to 12 countries, including its first properties in Spain, Austria, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania.
Cycas will now manage 10 properties in the K+K hotel portfolio located across Paris, Barcelona, London, Vienna, Prague, Munich, Budapest and Bucharest. The full list includes:

• K+K Hotel Fenix
• K+K Hotel Cayré
• K+K Hotel am Harras
• K+K Hotel Opera
• K+K Hotel Elisabeta

• K+K Hotel George Kensington
Management of the luxury 278-room Hotel Reichshof in Hamburg also forms part of the partnership.

Following the deal, Cycas has a pan-European portfolio of over 40 branded and independent hotels. The group will expand its team to support InterGlobe’s portfolio with new leaders in operations, people and culture, finance, commercial and property management.
InterGlobe Enterprises is an Indian conglomerate with businesses across aviation, hospitality and travel-related services. The company has a hotel portfolio across India, Europe and Australia.
