Venezuela: ResortCom International’s LaTour Hotels and Resorts will manage the Margarita Real Boutique Hotel and Vacation Club.
The 96-unit resort is schedules to open in early 2013. It includes several buildings housing two bedroom lock-off units, an aquatic park and activities for kids, families and adults. Developed by Francisco Piera, CEO of CorpoReal, the resort is nearing completion.

LaTour also manages two Mexican properties – Grand Regina Cabo San Lucas, Delcanto, a condominium resort in Nuevo Vallarta and Celeste Beach Residences and Spa in Huatulco. ResortCom International manages numerous properties for The Villa Group, which includes Villa La Estancia fractional residences in Cabo San Lucas.
