Launch of J Collection marks brand debut

US: New Orleans Hotel Collection and French Quarter Hotel Collection have formed the umbrella brand J Collection, comprised of 19 boutique hotels and resorts.

Hotels within the J Collection are situated throughout New Orleans and the surrounding region, and each form part of the cities’ heritage in which they reside.

Examples include Nottoway, the largest remaining antebellum mansion in the South; The Bourbon Orleans, home to the most historic ballroom in New Orleans; and The Jung Hotel & Residences, which was Canal Street’s first luxury hotel.

The J Collection was founded by Joe Jaeger in New Orleans in 2015 as part of the MCC Group – a multi-unit real estate development organisation.

“The J Collection represents the best of the South, with an incredibly diverse array of hotels and resorts, each with its own unique story to tell,” said Jaeger. “As we continue to expand our presence throughout New Orleans and beyond, including the two most recent acquisitions of Le Richelieu and Dunleith, we look forward to continuing our commitment to preserving and protecting historically significant properties throughout the region”.
