LHP to manage No 11 Cadogan Gardens

UK: Luxury Hotel Partners, the management company owned by the operators of Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), has been appointed to operate No 11 Cadogan Gardens

The 62-room hotel is a conversion of four adjoining properties darting back to 1874 and was recently acquired by the Cadogan Estate. Situated just off Chelsea’s Sloane Square, it features a cocktail bar, restaurant, library and gym.

Brian Mills, managing director of LHP, said: “”We are proud to be charged with the responsibility to manage and build the reputation of No 11 Cadogan Gardens as a luxury boutique hotel in arguably one of the best locations in the London. The Cadogan Estate appointed LHP due to our wide international experience managing luxury boutique hotels and because our name is not promoted to the hotel guests. In fact, a guest does not see our name anywhere; just the name of the hotel.”

LHP manages 30 properties in 12 countries – No 11 Cadogan Gardens is the third in London, following the Cadogan on Sloane Street, and the Bingham in Richmond.
