UK: The Grade II-listed police station in Rosslyn Hill, Hampstead, is up for sale, and could be turned in to a boutique hotel or apartments.
An assessment of development potential has been produced by property consultants CgMs, as the building has gone on the market with agents Knight Frank.
The report says a conversion to a boutique hotel for the 1913 building “may be suitable”.
The sales brochure illustrates a potential extension of four or five storeys which could be built at the back of the building, while basement excavation is another option.
