Worldwide: The Mama Shelter brand has announced three properties scheduled to open this year with a further four hotels expected in 2023.
Between now and 2025, Mama Shelter plans to open 19 hotels globally.
For 2022, locations include Lisbon, Paris and Dubai. Mama Lisboa consists of 130 rooms and restaurant and will open next week (12 January).
Mama Paris La Défense is scheduled for 1 March 2022. It marks the third Parisian hotel for the brand and will feature 211 rooms.
In late 2022, the final opening of the year will see Mama Shelter arrive in Dubai. The largest of the three launches this year, it will include 197 rooms and 192 apartments with a range of dining outlets, a terrace with four swimming pools, an outdoor CineMama and more.
Mama Bucharest will kickstart 2023, opening in the French neighbourhood of the city in January. It will feature 123 rooms.
France will welcome two new hotels – a 119-room site in Rennes and a 124-room property in Dijon. The former will include a restaurant, a rooftop and spa with a swimming pool, along with nine food stores showcasing regional fare.
2023 is set to end with an opening in Sao Paulo, the second Brazilian hotel for the group. It will include 123 room.
