UK: Hospitality management company InnPractice has officially launched with its proprietary platform InnSights.
Founded by Graham Norris, Dean Crews, and Neil Gullan, the company aims to work with owners and investors including global brands and boutique independents.
The team has led openings and operations globally such as: Kimpton Dewitt in Amsterdam, Grand Hotel Bonavia, The First Tribe Living in Bangkok, The Grand Jersey in St Helier, The Shangri-La at the Shard in London, Turnberry Resort in Scotland, The Vineyard at Stockcross, Wentworth Golf and Country Club, The Dilly in London, and Richmond Hill Hotel, London.
InnPractice’s services include rebranding, repositioning, operational optimisation, and guest loyalty enhancement.
Central to its offering is InnSights, a proprietary platform that integrates financial, operational, and guest experience functions into a single system. The platform will support operations across three core areas:
1. InnControl – Management of finance, HR, and risk.
2. InnRoom – Real-time housekeeping and inventory control.
3. InnTime – Facilities and asset management.
