EU: NH Hotel Group, part of Minor International, has introduced Click&Meet for users to book meeting and event spaces online instantly.
The new tool is available through NH PRO, part of the website aimed at professionals. It will enable users to access, at any time and place or device, more than 1,600 spaces in 103 hotels across 14 countries.
Prices, availability information, and package reservations will be able to be booked instantly. Reservations can be cancelled for free up to two weeks before the event.
NH Hotel Group plans to expand the functionalities of the tool – for example, the ability to book rooms and meetings spaces at the same time. Additional hotels will be added to the roll out further down the line.
Currently, Click&Meet is available in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Luxembourg, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.
Click&Meet forms part of NH Hotel Group’s plans to digitise services. The group recently launched Buyouts by NH, providing the option to exclusively hire hotels, as well as Outdoor Spaces by NH, which focuses on the reservation of external spaces.
NH Hotel Group operates over 350 hotels. Together with Minor Hotels, the total portfolio amounts to over 500 properties across eight brands.
