US: Hospitality management company OLS Hotels & Resorts has rebranded as Springboard Hospitality, and has launched its Hospitality Intelligence platform across its entire portfolio.
Chief executive officer, Ben Rafter, embarked on efforts to revitalise, rebrand and expand the company in 2018. Since then, Springboard has grown its presence in gateway cities across the United States, including Anchorage, Alaska, Honolulu, Los Angeles and Portland.
Following the opening of a second office in Honolulu, the firm has added properties in the Hawaii region along with additions in leisure destinations such as Sedona and Carmel-by-the-Sea.
The rebrand and updated visual identity of Springboard is said to better reflect the company’s management services and technology solutions.
Rafter explained: “Our new identity, Springboard Hospitality, encapsulates our abilities to uncover opportunities, develop innovative solutions, and drive more profit for owners and investors. When I joined the company in 2016, we set out to infuse our operational success with investments in technology, people and culture. Since that time, I’m proud that we’ve steadily grown to over 30 properties in 10 states, and we’re looking toward continued growth and investments under our revitalised brand.”
Springboard will also introduce its Hospitality Intelligence (H.I.) platform, which leverages a suite of tools to deliver streamlined operations, personalised guest experiences and maximised revenues.
Its technology team has decades of operational experience in managing and developing hospitality concepts, specialising in creating lifestyle hotels.
In a company statement, Springboard said it is ready to assist properties that may be experiencing distress from the pandemic.
