Secret Retreats adds four Asian properties

Thailand: Secret Retreats, a bespoke collective of independent luxury boutique hotels, across Asia has added four destinations in Thailand, India and China.

Established in 2012, Secret Retreats now contains 35 resorts situated across the Asian continent. Managing director Stephane Junca said: “Secret Retreats’ mission is to identify these little gems, peppered all around Asia and help them to shine, to give the best experiences they can offer using their local knowledge, understanding of local cultures and traditions, integration to the local community and environment, based on a natural generosity and pleasure to share quite unique to Asian hospitality.”

The four new additions are:
The Scent in Koh Samui, Thailand – a 13 bedroom luxury boutique hotel situated on the Bophut Beach, in the north of the island.

Anopura, Jaipur, India – described as “the smallest, yet most luxurious hotel in the world” with two luxurious suites and one “breathtaking” tent.

Talabgaon Castle, Jaipur, India – a restored heritage site with its own polo field and stables.

Qing Wang Fu, Tianjin, China – a luxury resort with 17 suites
