UK: An online platform which will transform London restaurants and hotels into workspaces during the day is launching this month.
The new coworking spaces offer digital nomads a low-cost alternative to co-working and workspace across seven London venues.
The platform bridges the gap between the hospitality and workspace sectors and helps both high-end hospitality providers and working professionals deal with market pressures. The concept has already reprogrammed the use of urban space across North America.
The start-up has partnered up with seven hotels – including W Hotel London, Sheraton Park Lane, and Andaz Liverpool Street – and selected restaurants to turn their empty tables into a work area from 9am to 5pm.
Spacemize grants access to luxury partner venues across the capital with complimentary tea/coffee, Wi-Fi, special food and spa discounts. Spacemize members, business travellers, entrepreneurs and remote workers are part of an exclusive private network. The platform aims to connect people with like-minded individuals, attend inspirational talks and power network to grow their businesses.
The company founders are Saleem Arif, CEO of ReviewSolicitors; Zain Dhareeja, co-founder of Arch Migration and entrepreneur Saeed Al Ghurair.
