UK: Property firm Graham + Sibbald is marketing the Torrs Warren Hotel Group, including three hotels and one cafe, for offers around £1.5 million.
The Torrs Warren Hotel Group portfolio is located in the Rhins of Galloway in Scotland. Properties include:
• Torrs Warren Country House Hotel, Stoneykirk (freehold) – a 10-bedroom hotel set in 2.2 acres. The property features a separate three-bedroom house.
• Harbour House Hotel, Portpatrick (leasehold) – a harbour front nine-bedroom hotel with a bar and restaurant, plus three letting apartments.
• Waterfront Hotel, Portpatrick (leasehold) – a harbour front 16-bedroom hotel with a bar and restaurant.
• Alexandra Café, Stranraer (leasehold) – a town centre café.
