Azerai Luang Prabang is in Luang Prabang, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Laos. It is a renovation of the 1961 Phousi Hotel.
Following its closure in 2014, the hotel has undergone a complete makeover, and now offers 53 open-plan rooms surrounding a 25-metre courtyard pool and 120-year-old banyan tree.
Rooms come in three categories, ranging from 35 to 85 square metres, with the top category Azerai rooms featuring a private terrace or courtyard.
Azerai Hotels is described as “a new story and brand of hotels that offers guests simple elegance, refined design, discreet and attentive service in places of unique beauty and cultural interest”.
