Spain: Gran Hotel Mas d’en Bruno, a boutique property in Spain’s Catalonia wine region, is the newest addition to The Stein Group’s hotel portfolio and has become the first luxury hotel opening in Priorat.
The property in Priorat, which offers 24 suites, has also been accepted into the prestigious Relais & Chateaux affiliation.
Set on an 18th century estate along the banks of the Siurana River, the Priorat estate features two buildings: the Masía and the Atelier. The Presidential Suite, ‘Bruno’s Suite’, is located in the Masía, where guests have access to a private dining room, dressing room, roman bath, living room, Roman tub and fireplace, opening up to a private garden area.
Amenities on-site include a full-service spa, an infinity pool, a library, a boardroom, a historical private wine cellar for experiential tastings, Bruno’s bar serving cocktails and wines, tapas restaurant Terraco, and Vinum, a gastronomic dining experience.
Guest experiences include olive oil tastings, astronomical immersions such as stargazing, wine tasting masterclasses, electric bikes and helicopter tours, or picnics in the vineyard. Two new experiences, which launched this summer, enable guests the opportunity to spend the day creating their own wine or creating their own honey.
