US: Operto Guest Technologies has introduced its proprietary Connect operating system, bringing together the guest, manager and ancillary service providers under one system.
The latest offering from Operto gives guests and team members access to personalised portals, all connected through an operator’s PMS.
Connect has been designed to increase the operational efficiency of properties across the global hotel, vacation and short term rental industries. Tools can deliver real-time insights for management, housekeeping and maintenance.
Guest facing services include a custom-branded guest portal where they can control room access, temperature, and communicate with staff.
