US: OTA Insight has acquired Dallas-based revenue management platform Kriya RevGEN.
Kriya RevGEN’s platform, Spider Analytics, collects data, analysis and feeds back reports to provide a performance overview of hotels and hotel groups.
Since its formation in 2013, Kriya RevGEN has grown to provide revenue solutions to over 1,000 hotels across the US and Canada. The company supports global brands, systems and management companies.

The acquisition of Kriya RevGEN follows last month’s acquisition by OTA Insight of short term rental data provider Transparent.
OTA Insight supports hoteliers in their revenue, distribution, and marketing strategies, offering live updates and customisable dashboards. The company integrates with industry tools including hotel property management systems, RMS solutions, and data benchmarking providers, working with 55,000 properties in 185 countries.
