Greece: Hospitality group Domes Resorts has agreed with Goldman Sachs to acquire Casa Collective, which includes the Cook’s Club and Casa Cook hotel resort brands.

Casa Collective currently operates a portfolio of 13 hotels. As a result of the transaction, four additional properties are expected to join the portfolio.

The platform’s brand portfolio includes Cook’s Club, a luxury adults-only “beach club” concept; Casa Cook, an adults-only boutique hotel brand; and XIA, a newly-developed family-oriented hospitality concept.

Remo Masala, founder of the Berlin-based tourism innovation and brand studio Vision Alphabet, has supported the development of XIA, alongside the other Casa Collective brands. He will remain as a shareholder and creative partner.

Masala said: “Casa Collective was never conceived as a single brand, but as a framework for different ways of experiencing hospitality. As we grow, our focus is on strengthening the clarity of each concept and further developing the idea that connects them.”

Casa Collective will continue to operate as an independent hospitality company under Domes Resorts.

George P. Spanos, CEO of Domes Resorts, said: “Our ambition is to provide hotel owners and partners with a strong and reliable platform for growth while ensuring that each brand retains its unique character and guest experience.”
