Relais & Châteaux adds 10 hotel and restaurant members

Worldwide: Independent hotel and restaurant collection Relais & Châteaux has added 10 members across the UK, France, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Japan, Mexico and the US.

The 10 members include:

  • Wilderness Reserve, Sibton, United Kingdom: A 6,000 acre-reserve with 29 villas and eight bedrooms, as well as two restaurants. 
  • La Maison des Cimes, Malbuisson, France (opening August 2026): Set on the shores of Lake Saint-Point in the Jura. The property features eight bedrooms, including two suites with private balconies and a Nordic bath, and a restaurant.
  • The Nell New York, New York City, USA (opening in autumn 2027): 134 bedrooms, located at 10 Rockefeller Plaza. Amenities include four dining venues and a spa.
  • Verride Palácio de Santa Catarina, Lisbon, Portugal: Overlooking the Tagus River, the hotel offers 18 bedrooms, including 10 suites, with a pool, rooftop terrace, and restaurant. 
  • Masseria AuraTerrae, Polignano a Mare, Italy: Recently renovated with 22 bedrooms, including two suites. The estate has 60 acres of vineyards, two swimming pools, and a restaurant.
  • Megève Bois, Megève, France: 13 bedrooms, including one villa and five suites. The hotel features a wine cellar, restaurant, and spa.
  • Quintonil Restaurant, Mexico City, Mexico: 44 seats and a wine cellar, led by chef Jorge Vallejo and his wife and partner Alejandra Flores.
  • Relais Villa Corallo, Sant’Omero, Italy: A manor house with 11 bedrooms, including four suites, set on a 198-acre estate. Amenities include two restaurants and a spa.
  • Hiiragiya, Kyoto, Japan: A 23-bedroom ryokan that has been owned and operated by the same family for seven generations. Meals are served in-room or in the dinning area. 
  • Villa Florhof, Zurich, Switzerland: A private residence that has undergone a three-year renovation. It offers 13 bedrooms, two restaurants, and a wine cellar.

Highlights:
  • Relais & Châteaux has expanded its global portfolio with 10 new hotel and restaurant members across the UK, France, Italy, Switzerland, Portugal, Japan, Mexico and the United States.
  • The new hospitality additions include Wilderness Reserve in Suffolk, Verride Palácio de Santa Catarina in Lisbon, Masseria AuraTerrae in Italy and Villa Florhof in Zurich, strengthening the collection’s luxury hotel portfolio.
  • Future openings joining Relais & Châteaux include La Maison des Cimes in France with eight guestrooms in August 2026 and The Nell New York, a 134-room luxury hotel at Rockefeller Plaza, in autumn 2027.
  • The expanded collection also welcomes boutique hotels, luxury resorts, a traditional ryokan in Kyoto and Quintonil Restaurant in Mexico City, broadening Relais & Châteaux’s international hospitality and dining network.
