US: Lifestyle brand Outbound Hotels will open its 180-room Park City property in early 2027, located in Utah.
With views of the Wasatch Mountains, Outbound Park City will open for stays beginning 1 April 2027.
Alongside its 180 rooms, amenities include two F&B venues – an all-day diner and cocktail bar – alongside two social areas. One serves as an indoor retreat with a pool, hot tub, cabanas and loungers, while an outdoor courtyard includes fire pits, outdoor games, and areas for live music.
An additional 11,000 square feet of flexible meeting space is also available for events.
The property has been designed by The Gettys Group.
“Park City is an exciting opportunity for us to bring the Outbound experience to one of the country’s most iconic four-season mountain destinations,” said Matthew Mering, co-founder of Outbound Hotels. “With reservations now open, we’re one step closer to welcoming guests to a place where they can get outside, spend time together and enjoy everything Park City has to offer all year round.”
The Outbound portfolio includes The Virginian Lodge in Jackson Hole, WY; Outbound Mammoth in Mammoth Lakes, CA; Outbound Stowe in Stowe, VT; and Outbound Sedona in Sedona, AZ. Additional properties are due to open in Yosemite, CA.
Outbound Hotels is owned by Waterton and operated in partnership with CoralTree Hospitality.
