Italy: Ennismore has signed Delano Puglia as the brand’s first property in Italy, scheduled to open in 2028.
Ennismore has partnered with LIMM and Società Rinascimento Valori on the project.
Located along the Adriatic shoreline in the port city of Monopoli, Delano Puglia will offer 76 guestrooms and 13 suites facing the water. The resort will also offer a variety of food and drink venues, including an all-day destination speciality restaurant by Paris Society, two pool bars, a lobby lounge and the brand’s Rose Bar.
Delano Puglia also features The Source by Delano — the brand’s wellness concept — with both indoor and outdoor event spaces, and exclusive membership access to curated events.

Launched in Miami, Delano has since expanded in Paris, Dubai, New York, London and Marrakech. Delano Puglia is the brand’s first property in Italy.
