Russia: Hotel brand and management company Extreme Hotels is to launch a 209-room property in Sochi.
Working with Russian developer Rosa Khutor Ski Resort Development Company, Extreme Hotels has signed a 10-year management contract for the property, which will open in early 2015.
The hotel is located at the foot of the Alpine Ski slopes and adjacent to the Snow Board Park, both developed for the Winter Olympic Games 2014.
