US: 36-room Palihouse Santa Monica celebrates June 1 opening.
Founded by Avi Brosh in 1998, Paligroup (formerly Palisades Development Group) designs, develops and operates residential, mixed-use, and hospitality properties. As well as the new hotel, it also operates a boutique property in West Hollywood, with a further hotel in Miami Beach in the pipeline.
Palihouse Santa Monica has 36 rooms in a Spanish Colonial Revival-style building. Its lobby features al fresco ceilings, tile floors, a wood-burning fireplace and blown glass doors that open onto a private outdoor patio.
There are four guest room options: classic guest suites, studio residences, one-bedroom residences and two-bedroom residences.
Most rooms feature a pied à terre layout, with fully equipped kitchens, separate vanity rooms and walk-in closets. In-room design elements include custom furnishings by Brosh, bespoke wallpaper from Abnormals Anonymous. Amenities include complimentary wifi, personal refrigerator-stocking services, Dean & Deluca minibar treats and 40″ Samsung flat screen televisions.
