US: JRK Hotel Group relaunches 194-room Madison Avenue property
The Rafael Viñoly-designed hotel originally opened in 2004, but due to intense competition among boutique hotels in the Nomad area (including the Ace Hotel, Nomad Hotel, MAve Hotel, Flatiron Hotel, and a forthcoming project to be managed by Commune Hotels), the property has received a full upgrade from some of the leading players in US hospitality.
They include “hospitality guru” Steven Kamali, designer Anna Busta, mixologist Johnny Swet and chef Julie Farias.
