Bespoke Hotels to manage former Park Inn, Thurrock

UK: Bespoke Hotels has been appointed to manage and rebrand the former Park Inn, Thurrock

Bespoke Hotels has announced that it will oversee the management of the former Park Inn, Thurrock as it undergoes rebranding.

The Park Inn is an elegant 18th century Georgian mansion surrounded by 6 acres of parkland located in the Essex countryside.

Following rebranding, the property will be known as the Stifford Hall Hotel. Marketing of Stifford Hall will emphasise its location within the village of North Stifford, as well as its facilities, including three banqueting suites and an informal bar & grill restaurant.

Graham Marskell, managing director of Bespoke Hotels said: “We are delighted to have secured a lease to operate and manage the Stifford Hall Hotel. It is both a property and a location with tremendous potential, which will significantly enhance our portfolio across the South East of England.”

Kristian Dijkstra of C1 Capital added: “We are excited both to have secured the expertise and experience of Bespoke Hotels, as well as to have agreed a rebranding strategy which will enhance the character of the Stifford Hall Hotel. We are extremely keen to emphasise the unique qualities of the property, and feel this new brand identity will provide an ideal vehicle through which to achieve this.”
