Turks and Caicos Islands: Luxury hotel group Corinthia has signed a hotel and branded residence development on Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos, its first in North America.
The development will feature a 50-suite Corinthia hotel and a collection of fully serviced branded residences, including beachfront villas, casitas, and condominiums.
Amenities will include a spa and wellness centre, multiple swimming pools, a beach club, restaurants, retail, padel courts, and more.
It is located on the last remaining undeveloped beachfront parcel on Grace Bay. Karen Cummings, a managing member of Carolina Partner Ltd, has spent the last 25 years acquiring the land.
The project is being led by Corinthia Real Estate Ventures (C-REV) – the group’s real estate investment and development arm under managing partners Marcus Pisani and Alex Chazkel – and the completed resort will be managed by Corinthia Hotels.

The project is proceeding towards formal planning approval, with construction currently expected to begin in 2027.
