Mondrian Gold Coast launches two private beach houses

US: Mondrian Gold Coast has opened reservations for its two private Beach Houses located along Burleigh Heads shore.

Designed by LA-based Studio Carter, the same firm behind the hotel’s accommodation, the Beach Houses offer two and three-bedroom residences, both spanning two levels. 

Both properties, which can be combined to create a five-bedroom retreat, feature an exclusive entrance via the hotel lobby and direct access from the Norfolk Esplanade. 

Amenities include magnesium plunge pools, full-sized kitchens, standalone bars, laundry facilities and indoor-outdoor living spaces. 

Beach house guests also receive expedited in-suite check-in, a gourmet welcome basket, a personal host and direct point of contact for the duration of their stay, daily à la carte breakfast at LiTO, steam and press service for up to three garments per day and daily turndown.

Tailored experiences can be arranged via the personal host including a private chef, spa and beauty appointments, VIP restaurant and bar reservations, shopping services or local attraction bookings. 

The two private beach houses add to the hotel’s 132 studios rooms, 63 suites, and 10 homes ranging across two and three bedrooms.
