China: Artyzen Hospitality Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shun Tak Holdings, has signed a management agreement with Xi’an Yang’s Real Estate to open its first Artyzen Hotels and Resorts luxury lifestyle property in Xi’an.
Artyzen Xi’an is located in the central business district within the Xi’an Hi-Tech Industrial Development Zone.
It will feature approximately 280 guest rooms and is anticipated in open in Q1 2028.
Rogier Verhoeven, executive director and president, group hospitality division at Shun Tak, said: “As the inaugural city of the national ‘one belt and one road’ initiative, Xi’an’s significance as a historical centre and a hub for innovation makes it an ideal location for Artyzen Hotels and Resorts. We are committed and confident that this project will become Xi’an’s landmark cultural tourism destination.”

Artyzen Xi’an will join 17 other Artyzen properties across the Asia Pacific region.
AHG’s two hotel brands include Artyzen Hotels and Resort and Artyzen Habitat. Additionally, the company operates a collection of lifestyle properties such as The Shà ng by Artyzen, YaTi by Artyzen, and Grand Coloane Resort.
