UK: The Draycott Hotel in Chelsea, London, has been acquired by Cadogan to be operated by Iconic Luxury Hotels.
Formerly owned by Draycott Holdings Ltd and managed by Mantis Collection, the property currently has 35 bedrooms and suites. The existing owners and management team will continue to operate the hotel until 5 January 2023, the its operation and staff will be transferred to Iconic Luxury Hotels (ILH).
Eventually, the property will undergo a renovation before reopening in 2023 as The Chelsea Townhouse. ILH already operates two of Cadogan’s hotels: 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Apartments at 20 Cadogan Gardens.
When complete, The Chelsea Townhouse will become the new sister property to 11 Cadogan Gardens.

Plans are currently being finalised to refurbish the property and transform it into The Chelsea Townhouse.”
JLL and DMH Stallard acted as advisors to the original owners of The Draycott Hotel, whilst Cripps advised Cadogan.
