US: Investment firm Cambridge Lansdowne has retained operator Aimbridge Hospitality for the recently acquired White House Inn Napa Valley.

The White House Inn features 17 rooms, a private outdoor pool and hot tub, courtyard fire pit, a spa, guest lounge, on-site yoga and more.

Future renovations of the interior and exterior of the property are in the pipeline.

Aimbridge Hospitality will continue to manage the hotel through its evolution lifestyle operating division.

Will Loughran, divisional president of evolution lifestyle at Aimbridge, said: “The evolution team is dedicated to operational excellence and ensuring our owners receive unparalleled services while treating guests to the best experiences in hospitality. The White House Inn is designed as a truly unique destination, and we are proud to partner with Pedro and the team at Cambridge Lansdowne as the new owners.”

Pedro Miranda, co-founder and managing partner of Cambridge Lansdowne, said: “White House Inn Napa Valley is a premier boutique property with great potential—an asset we are excited to add to our portfolio. As experienced management for this property, Aimbridge Hospitality was the natural fit to partner with as we look ahead to the future and the possibilities we can uncover with such a special property.”
