South Africa: Hotel and hostel management company CURIOCITY Africa will now operate a five-star boutique guest house and adjacent hostel in Blouberg West Cape.
SALT, described as a “village of villas” is a five-star, eight bedroom guest house. It features a swimming pool, a spa, coworking space, lounge areas, and a central dining room with a 16 seater table where local chefs cook multi-course meals.
SaltyCrax Backpackers is a five-star hostel offering a range of room types from private to shared, a communal living space, fully equipped self-catering kitchen, and garden spaces.
Carla Ferreira, owner of SALT and SaltyCrax Backpackers, said: “This partnership with CURIOCITY provides for good stewardship, early identification of changing trends, innovation and expertise that will lead to market leadership; we’re excited about the passion Bheki and his team will bring to this project.”
