US: Dream Miami from Dream Hotel Group is scheduled to open in 2025 and will form part of the Riverside Wharf hospitality and entertainment development in Downtown Miami.
The 165-key, 10-storey hotel will be housed in a dual-tower building. Developer MV Real Estate Holdings in conjunction with Driftwood Capital are leading the project, with design by Jon Cardello of CUBE3 architects and landscape design by Savino-Miller Design Studios.
Dream Miami will include six dining venues, a 30,000 square-foot rooftop pool deck and nightclub, an event hall, health and wellness facilities, and a private marina capable of accommodating mega yachts.
The $185 million mixed-use development is expected to break ground in 2022.
