US: Davidson Hotels & Resorts has been appointed to manage Eden Roc Miami Beach and Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc, operated through its lifestyle and luxury division Pivot Hotels & Resorts.
Eden Roc Miami Beach features 415 ocean view guest rooms with three pools, a spa, and beachfront cabanas. It is designed by Morris Lapidus.
Nobu Hotel occupies the original tower at Eden Roc and features 204 rooms with its own exclusive pool.
The resort comprises two dining venues: Nobu Miami, featuring Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s Japanese dishes with Latin American influences; and Helene Henderson’s Malibu Farm, a farm-to-beach organic and locally sourced restaurant.
“We are thrilled to assume management of such a legendary resort and look forward to partnering with ownership to provide an even more exciting future for the property,” said Steve Margol, chief investment officer at Davidson Hotels & Resorts. “The storied Eden Roc is a modern, chic retreat that appeals to sophisticated travellers. By leveraging our extensive background in operating lifestyle and luxury assets, we are confident that we can enhance the guest experience, while our in-depth corporate resources will have a long-lasting impact on the efficiency, productivity, operational readiness and financial success of these properties.”
