US: The lifestyle operating division of Aimbridge Hospitality, Evolution Hospitality, has been selected to operate the luxury Hotel 1000 Seattle.
Lighthouse Investments and ESI Ventures, with equity financing from Kildare Partners, has acquired the property which is located in downtown Seattle. It was previously owned and operated by Loews Hotels & Co.
Evolution Hospitality has been selected to manage the 120-room hotel.
There are plans to improve areas of the hotel, including the spa, adding a lobby lounge bar, updates to bathrooms and partnering with a golf simulator company for an enhanced entertainment space.
Other amenities include seven flexible event rooms, a boardroom, a greenhouse terrace, as well as a wine cellar, 24-hour fitness centre, and golf simulator, and spa with several treatment rooms and salon.
The All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar is the hotel’s onsite restaurant. Private dining is available for groups up to 35.
Evolution Hospitality operates a collection of independent, boutique, lifestyle and soft brand hotels, as well as restaurants, bars and lounges throughout North America. The company is based in San Clemente, California. Further information can be found here.
