UK: Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has announced that Fairmont Cheshire will open on 10 July 2026 and reservations are now live for the luxury countryside resort.
The property is located within 157 acres of the Cheshire countryside and overlooks The Mere Lake. It will feature 116 guest rooms, including 23 suites, alongside a range of dining, wellness and leisure facilities.
There will be many food and beverage offerings including Gordon Ramsay at The Mere, afternoon tea and champagne at The Orangery, British and Indian cuisine at The Club Lounge, and a wellness-focused Spa Bar.
The resort will also offer a Fairmont Spa, an 18-hole championship golf course, and a ballroom that can host up to 1,000 guests.
Owner Select Group bought the property for £35 million and invested an additional £90 million renovating the site.

It marks Fairmont’s fourth hotel in the UK alongside The Savoy, A Fairmont Hotel, Fairmont Windsor Park and Fairmont St Andrews.
