Japan: Fairmont Tokyo will form part of a development designed under the National Strategic Special Zone Program, and is slated to open in 2025.

Fairmont Tokyo, located on the upper floors of the South Tower of the Shibaura Project, is being developed in collaboration between Accor and Nomura Real Estate Development Co. 

It will feature 219 guests rooms and suites, three restaurants and bars, a spa and fitness centre, swimming pool, meeting rooms, and a chapel.

When open, the hotel will The Plaza in New York, The Savoy in London, Fairmont San Francisco, Fairmont Banff Springs in Canada, and Fairmont Peace Hotel in Shanghai.
