Scotland: Located in Lochearnhead, Perthshire, the 19-bedroom cottage hotel was sold by owner Alan Garnier to Alisdair and Hannah Semple.
The Clachan Cottage Hotel was originally a terrace of traditional cottages. Over the years, the cottages were extended to form the hotel.
The hotel includes a bar, a bistro restaurant, dining/function room, a lounge, and staff accommodation. At the front of the hotel, there is an outside terrace and a private car parking area, as well as picnic tables. There is private access available for guests via a private jetty to Loch Earn and 15 boat moorings. Fishing rights and water sports are available.

The purchase price was undisclosed but Graham + Sibbald confirmed it was close to offers around £795,000.
