UK: Boutique property Grand Hotel Bellevue has opened in Paddington, London as the first UK site for Lignée Hôtels.

The hotel, located near Norfolk Square in Paddington, is housed within a five-floor Victorian townhouse. It features 60 bedrooms in a range of different sizes – including the Grand Norfolk Suite which sleeps four guests – all of which offer bathroom products by Floris cosmetics, TVs with Chromecast, a minibar and more.

Architect Fabrizio Casiraghi led the design for the hotel. Furniture throughout the property includes a mix of bespoke and antique pieces. He worked with American fashion designer Emily Bode for the bar concept.

The hotel is managed by Yannis Badakian, who has spent several years working in luxury hotels across the world. Notable brands include Sofitel, The Ritz-Carlton, Cheval Blanc and the independent Henrietta Hotel, part of Experimental Group.

Grand Hotel Bellevue joins four hotels in the Lignée portfolio: YNDŌ Hôtel, Le Narcisse Blanc, La Maison Favart, and Domaine de la Soucherie.

Lignée Hôtels was founded in 2012 by the Beguinot Family. The majority of the group’s luxury properties are located in France.
