US: Real estate firm Electra America Hospitality Group, a joint venture between Electra America and AKA and which owns Hotel AKA Brickell, will reposition the property as Brickell Arch, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Miami, effective March 4.
AKA will transition day-to-day hotel management to HEI Hotels & Resorts (HEI).
The hotel features 201 keys, a 25th-floor lounge, restaurant ADRIFT Mare by Michelin-starred chef David Myers, the Sky Bar + Grill, a spa, pool, and fitness centre.
Since its acquisition in 2021 by Electra, the hotel underwent a £16 million renovation led by architecture firm Gabellini Sheppard Associates.
