Italy: The five-star Hyatt Regency Rome Central hotel is scheduled to open on 28 April 2026, marking the brand’s debut in Italy.
The 238-room hotel has been designed by Studio Moren and Studio Aelan. The building was originally designed by King Rosselli Architects in the early 2000s.
Rooms, spread across six floors, include 20 suites with several featuring private balconies. The Regency Suites offer alfresco dining terraces.
Up on the roof, which spans nearly 2,200 square metres, amenities include a swimming pool with private cabanas and sun loungers, three dining venues, an outdoor yoga terrace, and open-air hot tubs.
