UAE: Luxury hotel group Kempinski Hotels has doubled its presence in Dubai following the group’s partnership with Abu Dhabi National Hotels.
The partnership will see two hotels – Address Boulevard and Address Dubai Mall – rebranded to Kempinski.
Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai is a 72-storey hotel located in Downtown Dubai. It features 198 rooms and suites, a collection of residences, and several dining venues including The Living Room, The Kitchen, The Collection Room and The Dining Room.
The hotel also offers a spa with hammams, a salt and steam room, in addition to three outside pools.
Kempinski Hotel Central Avenue Dubai is linked to The Dubai Mall and includes 245 rooms and suites, each with a private balcony. The hotel’s dining options range from modern Middle Eastern dishes to international cuisine, and the spa offers bespoke wellness treatments.
René Nijhof, chairman of the board of directors for Kempinski, said: “Kempinski has been present in the Middle East for more than 26 years, and it remains one of the most dynamic and exciting parts of the world for us.

In addition to the two latest properties, elsewhere in the Dubai the group manages the Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates and Kempinski Hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah. Opening in 2025 is the first standalone Kempinski private residences in the region – Kempinski Residences The Creek Dubai.
The company is also currently building the Kempinski Floating Palace in Dubai, touted as the world’s first floating resort.

Three other hotels under Abu Dhabi National Hotels will also be rebranded under Marriott. These include The Address Dubai Marina, Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel, and Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel.
Other brands in Dubai part of the hotels division at Abu Dhabi National Hotels includes The Ritz Carlton and Park Hyatt.
