US: The 76-room Nylo Dallas South Side hotel is set to open its doors this month.

The property, at 1325 South Lamar at Belleview, has been converted by developer Matthews Southwest. The 101-year-old property, formerly the Dallas Coffin Company building, retains original features such as concrete floors and exposed ceilings.

The Nylo Dallas South Side Hotel will be the chain’s third property in North Texas, joining Nylo hotels in Plano and Las Colinas. It will also mark the brand’s first conversion property as well as its first hotel aiming for LEED environmental certification.

The five-story hotel will feature a rooftop infinity pool and glass-enclosed bar and lounge, with sweeping views of downtown Dallas.

The lobby will feature a terrace Bistro, while the property will also include 950 square feet of indoor meeting space and 4,500 square feet of rooftop terrace space to host meetings and special events.
